     First, the synchronizer pulse is too small, and the number of synchronizer pulses should not be less than 3500 revolutions. Because the line speed of many production lines is more than 200 meters, too small synchronizer pulses are destined to have a small error correction capability. The error is bound to widen.
     2. The processing error of the synchronizer wheel, which mainly refers to the outer diameter of the synchronizer wheel. It is assumed that the machining accuracy of the outer diameter of the synchronizer wheel is less than one-thousandth, and the error will be amplified by the cable wheel transmission. Assuming the transmission ratio is 5: 1, the error will be amplified to five thousandths. This is the main source of error. Therefore, the best synchronizer wheel and cable wheel should be produced by the mold production method with the least error, not machine tools. This minimizes errors.
     By controlling the above two points, you can basically achieve good meter accuracy. As for the errors caused by uncontrollable factors: such as the jitter of the production line and the slippage of the cable. We should pay attention when installing: jitter is necessary because the speed of the production line is too fast. However, whether the on-site fixation of the metering device is reasonable also affects the jitter. We must ensure that the metering device is securely installed. Horizontal and parallel observation and moderate tightening of the rollers are also important.
