Solutions to common printer problems
A: There is no breakpoint in the ink line of the printer
1, the ink viscosity of the printer is very high or low, replace the ink and run again

B: Machine pump ink lamp is always on
1, Pump ink filter is blocked, replace pump ink filter
2, the vacuum is too high, the air inlet pressure is low or the ink pressure is high, adjust the air pressure and vacuum of each part according to the user manual
3, check if there is any ink leakage inside the machine
C: The inkjet is blurred (the ink line break point is not good).
1. Improper adjustment of the breakpoint value, adjust the breakpoint value, you can adjust while spraying, until the appropriate value
2, the phase light is always on or flashing
3, the ink viscosity of the printer is incorrect, adjust the ink viscosity
4. The nozzle is slightly clogged, execute the nozzle opening procedure
5. The main ink filter is blocked, clean and replace the main ink filter
6. Improper ink pressure adjustment, adjust the ink pressure according to the user manual
7. The positive air pressure of the nozzle is too large, and the positive air pressure of the nozzle is reduced.
D: Often showing the fault "lack of thinner"
1. There is no or little diluent in the thinner bottle, refill with thinner
2. The distance between the proximity switch assembly and the diluent bottle cannot be detected.
3. The sensitivity of the proximity switch is reduced. Adjust the potentiometer on the proximity switch to increase the detection sensitivity.
E: The characters ejected are garbled or misplaced
1. Editing error, cannot use arrow key instead of space key
2, the microcontroller board is disturbed, clear the screen and edit again, or try to switch on and off again
F: Solution to the ink overflow problem of the recycler
The main reason is that the degree of vacuum is small or not. Machines using an external air supply can use a cleaning agent or thinner to clean the outlet of the vacuum generator or adjust the vacuum throttle to increase the vacuum; machines with built-in pumps can properly adjust the voltage of the vacuum pump or clean and replace the recovery filter .
G: The phase light is always on or flashing
1. Nozzle parts (charging electrode, detection electrode, high voltage plate, negative plate) are wet or dirty, clean each part of the nozzle with cleaning agent and wait for it to dry
2, the ink line is too far away from the detection pole, adjust the ink line position, the standard distance is within 1mm
3. There may be strong magnetic field interference around the printer, keep the printer away from the strong magnetic field source
H: Nozzle Blocking Solution
1. Perform the nozzle opening procedure. If there is no effect, you can block the mouth of the recycler and increase the ink pressure to perform the opening.
2, remove the nozzle with a nozzle wrench, put it in a container containing diluent or cleaning agent, soak it for a while, and then try again
3. If there is an ultrasonic cleaner, it can be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner
I: The machine can't eject any characters
1. The parameter settings are incorrect. Please set the parameters again according to the instructions of the user manual.
2. The editing is incorrect, or there are no editing characters, please clear the screen for editing again;
3. Improper adjustment of the position of the photoelectric switch, adjust the position of the photoelectric switch;
4. There is no high voltage on the high voltage board (you can use an insulated screwdriver to test whether the high voltage board is ignited and the strength of the fire). The high voltage is humid. Wait for a period of time after stopping printing and try again;
5. The single-chip computer board is disturbed by the external magnetic field, keep the printer away from the strong magnetic field source, and restart the adjustment.
